I am writing to thank you for all your efforts and help in selling my investment property. The difficult market conditions made it a longer process than might have been the case say 2 or 3 years ago, but you never lost faith and encouraged me throughout that there was a light at the end of the tunnel. Since I am emailing in order for you to be able to post this communication on your website (or elsewhere) as a testimonial I feel it is appropriate to refer to your fee. The online agency Purple Bricks advertises constantly that there is no need to pay a traditional fee. Let me start by saying that I feel I have had very good service to justify what I have paid. Clearly there are properties that might be so easy to sell that it is not worth engaging a full service agency. However I believe that I would simply have been throwing out my money with this property if I had paid Purple Bricks or any of the other online agents.
